The
Enable-IT™ 860 Single-Line Ethernet Extender is a unique high speed solution that
drives true 100MB throughput Ethernet data and single voice line up to 6,000ft or 1,828m distance over a 1-Pair (2 wire) telephone line wiring or better. These units use a industry standard RJ-45 (8-pin) connector for ease of use installation and supports the use of spare pairs for delivering a second voice line or your PoE signal transparently. (PoE signal will only be effective up to 1,200ft)

The 860 Series Solution is a pair of Ethernet line drivers that utilize
existing 1-pair CAT 2 Telco wiring or better between each 860 series
unit. The extenders stretch the reach of Ethernet to nineteen times the
typical IEEE Ethernet specification distance of 328ft or 100m. It can
even be used on live voice wiring transparently; try that with your
expensive LRE. No other Ethernet Extender manufacturer supports
voice over the same pair of wire with data. Only Enable-IT
extenders can.
To increase the durability and extended use of the product providing
maximum future technology protection, 860 Extended Ethernet Units have
been designed to meet the challenge of modern switched LANs and allows
you to add features and capacity as your network expands. The 860 units
have been tested to provide full duplex transport up to 100MB/s over
CAT2 cabling or better. These unit also support the use of standalone PoE injectors natively. A PoE injector can supply a 24v PoE device up to 1,200ft using this kit.
